We're small and focused, like the wineries fine wine connoisseurs seek. CatchWire was created by a husband-and-wife team, living in Yountville, in the heart of the Napa Valley. Our goal in creating CatchWire was to create a social networking site centered around wine enjoyment, networking, and education.

Using social media, we connect wine lovers with other oenophiles, and wine lovers with small wineries. Another key aim of ours is to match wine connoisseurs with small, often undiscovered wineries. As third-generation vintners, we understand how difficult it can be for small start-up wineries to grow their direct member lists. Similarly, it seems to be an unending challenge for wine connoisseurs to find the next small-production boutique wine. We started CatchWire in an effort to facilitate the introduction between connoisseur and vintner.
